The generative principle
3 cells electrolysis device generates functional electrolyzed water of pH 2.7 ~ 12 excluding salt (NaCl) which is used as an electrolyte through the special
membrane which can divide salt (NaCl), electrolyte, into Na+ ion and Cl- ion completely.

the sterilizing mechanism of acid electrolyzed water
Hypochlorous acid (HOCI) is the key sterilizing component of acidic ionic water.
HOCI is produced by an enzyme called myeloperoxidase using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in our body as a substrate reacted by Neutrophils that accounts
for 60~70% 0f white blood cells in our body and a really useful immune system that starts to work first against harmful bacteria when they invade our
body. HOCI continuously produced in our body by Neutrophils has a strong sterilizing power to destroy bacteria and serves as a reliable defense system to
fight against bacteria invaded into our body without causing any negative impact on our life activities since its surplus has properties to be combined with
organic materials in the body and immediately neutralized and reduced to water.

The features of Acid electrolyzed water
The sterilizing principle of chlorine-based products is that chlorine changes
into 3 types of free chlorine components, chlorine gas (CI2), hypochlorous
acid (HOCI) and anion hypochlorite (OCl-) when reacted with water.

Among these components, hypochlorous acid (HOCI) and anion
hypochlorite (OCl-) have a sterilizing power. Each free chlorine
component is determined by the pH level. It exists in the form of
hypochlorous acid in case of a pH of less than 6.5 and anion hypochlorite
in case of a pH of more than 8.5. Hypochlorous acid has a superior
sterilizing power 70~80 times higher than that of anion hypochlorite.

In the strong alkaline ionic water containing a large amount of
negative ions, particles are removed by the repulsive force
between anions caused by cationization in the surface of
the particles done by anions.
